    ◇New shape coil fins highly reduce the air resistance and the motor consumption, and increase the heat exchange area; A variety of circuit design adapts to different conditions of operation, reduce the water resistance and improve the heat exchange efficiency; at the lowest point of coil equipped with a water discharge valve, which can effectively discharge the water in the coil, and the highest point with deflation valve; the coil test pressure is 2.0MPa, working pressure up to 1.8MPa; the bottom of the coil equipped with a tilted dry water drain pan, can quickly discharge the condensate water from the machine.

    ◇High quality three-phase asynchronous motor,protection class ≥ IP55, insulation class F-class.

    ◇Humidifiers: wet film humidification, electrode humidification, dry steam humidification, high pressure spray humidification, high pressure micro-mist humidification, secondary steam humidification etc.

    ◇Flexible opening and good sealing performance access door in each functional section.

    ◇The fan and the motor are fixed on the high-strength steel frame, and are equipped with reliable damping device, the motor fixed place is with sliding chute, for adjusting belt tightness.

    ◇Filtration class range from G2-H14.Preliminary filter: 350mm chemical fiber non-woven fabric, filtration efficiency G3 ~ G4.Medium filter: bag, chemical fiber or glass fiber filter cloth, filtration efficiency F6 ~ F8.Sub-HEPA filter: e ultra-fine glass fiber filter cloth, filtration efficiency is F9.HEPA filter:high air volume ultra-fine glass fiber filter cloth, filtration efficiency H12 ~ H14.

    ◇PTC electric heater is optional,no naked fire and fire risk.

    ◇For heat recovery AHU, wheel heat collector, Cross-flow fin type heat collector, heat pipe heat collector are optional.

    2, High-strength structure

    ◇ The frame of the unit adopts the anodized high-strength non-cold bridge partitioned aluminum material, the strength of the whole unit reaches the European standard 2A (EN1886)

    ◇ The panel adopts sandwich structure, the exterior is high-quality color steel plate+high quality galvanized sheet.

    3,  Non-cold bridge structure

    ◇ Unique assembly structure, convenient to disassemble, and ensures a lower air leakage rate, makes the unit has the advantages of energy-efficient, negative pressure 1000Pa, air leakage rate is 1%only.

    ◇ Unit panel surrounded by PVC material, to avoid the direct contact of the heat conductive components, thermal insulation performance can be T1 larger than European level, completely eliminate the cold bridge, to prevent the loss of cold capacity.

    4. Filter’s resistance is between initial resistance and final resistance. The initial resistance is the resistance of the filter when it is dusted. The final resistance is the resistance when the filter needs to be cleaned or replaced after a certain period of time. The final resistance depends on the cleanliness requirements and local air pollution degree, so final resistance is not a constant value.
